  My parents started using orchards back in the 70's when they had goats and other animals and I have used them myself for the last 18 years and hopefully for many more. I try to always book appointments with Karen with my cats (18, 18 and 7) as she is superb and to check that any research I have done is in keeping with any ailment and dietary requirements. I have had follow up appoints with Clare and she is very nice as well.
  
  The reception staff are also excellent and I always look forward to seeing all the team, but especially seeing Rainy who always manages to get me an emergency appointment fitted in. Julie on reception is good as well - just that she hasn't known me as long as Rainy.
  
  I cannot fault this practice in anyway and if anyone asks me for a vet I always say "Orchards". I live 15-20 minutes away, I would not use the local one to me.
